Service Description
Choose from a standard or trauma-informed breathwork experience, thoughtfully tailored to you and what you need on the day. In a safe, nurturing space, you'll be gently guided through intentional breathing practices designed to help calm the nervous system, release built-up stress and tension, and create space for greater clarity, connection and emotional wellbeing. Your session may also weave in grounding, guided relaxation, Reiki and aromatherapy to support and deepen your experience. No previous breathwork experience is needed ,come exactly as you are.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time without a cancellation fee. Cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 2 hours of your appointment start time, or failure to attend your appointment, will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment fee. If you appointment has already been paid in full, the remaining 50% will be refunded to your original payment method, less transaction fees. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and exceptions may be considered at our discretion. If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered an alternative appointment time or a full refund. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer law.
