Service Description

Sink into a deeply restorative Sound healing & Reiki experience, created to give you space to slow down, switch off and simply receive. Your personalised session weaves together the soothing vibrations or crystal singing bowls, an Earth sound creation gong and other therapeutic instruments with the gentle practice of Reiki. As sound moves around and through you, you're invited to release tension, settle into stillness, let go and reconnect with yourself. Each session intuitively tailored to you and what you need on the day. Whether you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed, emotionally drained, disconnected or simply craving some quiet time for yourself, there is nothing you need to do or achieve - simply get comfortable, close your eyes and allow yourself to receive. You'll be given time at the end of the session to gently return, ground and integrate your experience. No previous experience is needed, come exactly as you are.
