Hello, I’m Nicole, the heart behind Sounds of Solstice.
I created this haven for those days when the world feels heavy and you simply need a soft place to land, breathe, and be held.
Integrating breathwork, sound healing, and Reiki, I facilitate deeply compassionate, trauma-informed sessions tailored to you and what you need in the moment.
My approach is rooted in kindness, authenticity and creating a space where you don't. have to perform or be anyone other than yourself.
Come exactly as you are - with the good days, the hard ones, the parts you're proud of and the tender parts you're still finding your way though. There is nothing you need to hide, fix or leave at the door.
You'll be met with acceptance, compassion and no judgement. I'm honoured to meet wtih you.
